We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

Your book is yours to keep forever. We are delighted to see it find a special place in your library, so there is no need to return ,To assist you, all you need is your order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right  If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it with a brand-new printed copy free of charge.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

All sales of e-books and downloadable digital content are final and non-refundable once delivered.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To process this request, you will only need your order number or proof of purchase. EU and UK customers get their original shipping refunded on 14 day cancellations.

Refunds
We will review your request as soon as we receive your complaint and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
